Common questions

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Bloom, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID and will unlock automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device, find Bloom, and tap Cancel.
My breathing session isn't playing sound.
Make sure your device isn't in silent mode and that the volume is turned up. Bloom uses your device's media volume, not the ringer volume.
Can I delete my data?
Most Bloom data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it. If you'd like help with data stored by our service providers, email us.
